One day to enjoy Madrid, the rhythm of one of the most dynamic cities in Europe and its traditional Spanish cuisine.
The journey begins by entering the old neighborhood of Madrid de los Austrias, a medieval area of great historical and cultural importance.
In the evening, a dinner show awaits us at the Corral del Morería, a temple of flamenco that has been awarded as the best flamenco tablao in the world to enjoy a gastronomic experience with 1 -Michelin- star.
Saturday, March 16th, 2024

- 21:15h Dinner with flamenco show in Corral de la Morería (1- Michelin-star restaurant)
First thing in the morning, the group will leave for Ávila, where we will walk and enjoy its historic Centre – with one of the bestpreserved medieval walls in Europe- and the imposing Cathedral, dating from the 12th century.
After a meal, the group will depart for Extremadura, with a first stop in Hervás. In these village, we will visit its Jewish quarter, a historical space of great beauty whose conservation guarantees and unique experience.
We will sleep at Valle del Jerte, located in the heart of a Natural Reserve, surrounded by mountains and rivers.
Sunday, March 17th, 2024

The group will wake up in the heart of the Jerte Valley, one ofthe most im pressive natural enclaves in Spain, with its fields covered with cherry blossoms with the arrival of spring.
The day starts in jeeps heading to the nature reserve Garganta de los Infiernos and one of the best-known natural pools in the country, Los Pilones. This series of beautiful pools were sculpted in the rocks by the force of water and ice for centuries.
After lunch, we will visit the Monastery of Yuste, an imposing monastery and palace house, retreat place of Emperor Carlos V.
A worthwhile trip to Spain must include an overnight stay in a Parador, so the group will spend the night in Parador de Plasencia. “Paradores” are heritage monuments converted to accommodations and restaurants owned by the Spanish Government with unique locations.
Monday, March 18th, 2024

the Jerte Valley. Stop at Los Pilones natural pools and Mirador

In the morning, we will visit the city of Plasencia and its splendid Cathedral.
The group will travel to the Iberian pig farm La Dehesa Serrana, in La Herreruela, to enjoy the animals up close in their natural habitat and to learn about the elaboration processes of the most prestigious Iberian products. It includes a tasting of exquisite Iberian meats – jamón, lomo, morcón, chorizos, salchichón, morcilla..
Back on the road to sleep in Cáceres, World Heritage listed Monumental City, with one of the most impressive and evocative history centers in Spain.
Tuesday, March 19th, 2024

The day ahead is set to be a captivating journey through the cultural and culinary delights of the historic region of Cáceres.
First, we will walk through the old town of Cáceres, one of the best preserved medieval historical sites in Spain.
We find ourselves at the acclaimed Atrio, a 3 Michelin-star Restaurant, for an exquisite culinary experience in the heart of Cáceres.
At the end of the day we will immerse ourselves in relaxation and rejuvenation in the Roman Baths of Alange, with an 80- minute circuit ensuring a truly pampering experience.
Wednesday, March 20th, 2024

- 18:30h 80-minute Roman circuit in Balnerario de Alange.

The ancient wonders of Mérida unfold before us, as we embark on a one-hour City Tour. The city’s Roman heritage and architectural marvels are sure to transport you through time.
The wine will be the protagonist of the day, and for this we will move to Bodegas Habla, where after a guided tour of its spectacular facilities and vineyards we will enjoy a wine tasting paired with a variety of tapas, specifically designed for each type of wine.
The day will culminate with a dinner in Trujillo at the main Plaza Mayor. Undoubtedly a perfect end to an unforgettable day filled with culture, wine, and the warm embrace of Trujillo’s charms.

Starting early morning, we will be bewitched by the charm of Trujillo, a historical gem that promises to fascinate with its rich architectural heritage and experience one of the most exciting chapters of Spanish history: the colonization of América.
We will continue our journey to Toledo, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, known as «The Imperial City» -it was the main venue of the court of the Emperor Carlos Vand as the «City of the Three Cultures». We will have time to discover the stamp that those three cultures, Christians, Muslims and Jews, left in the city and its history.
And we will live as the highlight of the trip the gastronomic experience of eating in a «Cigarral», a typical country house where the high society of the time lived, in the hills which surround Toledo, on the banks of the Tagus, with breathtaking views of the city.
